Cancellation Policy

Queens Clinic’s main objective is that patients receive the best possible patient experience therefore we respectfully ask that you attend your appointment on time.

If you are running late for an appointment, we will do our best to try to fit you in wherever possible however this may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment. A cancelled appointment will result in the fee terms outlined below.

Patients are required to give at least 72- hours’ notice in order to receive a partial refund of 50% of the booking fees paid. In the event a patient provides us with more than 72 hours’ notice in order to cancel a booking a partial refund of 50% will still apply.

If a patient cancels their appointment having provided 24-48 hours’ notice, then the booking fees paid are non-refundable. This applies to consultations only (Initial / Follow Up / Video / Telephone / Face- to – face).

Queens Clinic does not offer complimentary follow-up consultations, whether face-to-face or video / telephone consultations.

However, all operations, surgical and non-surgical procedures need to be paid in advance and are non – refundable.

In order to try to provide our patients with as much flexibility as possible as we do realise that extenuating circumstances can arise, therefore you can change your appointment once within 48 hours at no extra charge. If however you need to change your appointment on more than one occasion, all other changes or alterations made to your booking will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy and you will be charged accordingly.

Please ensure there is a valid reason for your change of appointment due to the clinic schedule being extremely busy as we would like to make sure we have another slot available for you and that we respect other patients’ appointment times.

Please note if you cancel or did not attend your appointment for any reason you will still be charged even if you failed to advise us of the reason as to why you did not attend.

If you cancel an appointment, you will be sent an invoice with the consultation fees. Should you wish to make another appointment you would have to pay again. Additionally, please note consultation fees must be paid at the time of booking.

In the case of extenuating circumstances, a client may appeal cancellation charges by submitting a Cancellation Appeal Form, which can be requested from a member of our reception team. A decision on the outcome of a client’s appeal may take up to 10 working days.
